Buffalo’s buffalo wings are clipped as the Packers roll. Packers 34 – Bills 7.

Nice victory by the Packers this week over the Bills. They seemed to have it all working for them. The defense dominated and shut down the Bills anemic offense, barely allowing the Bills to do much but punt. The Bills’ big play threat Lee Evans was non-existent and the three-headed monster of their share-time backfield with Fred Jackson, Marshawn Lynch and C.J. Spiller wasn’t enough to overcome the Pack’s dominant Run D. Clay Matthews looked like the son of Sam as he killed Bills QB Trent Edwards at every opportunity. I think it’s safe to say that Clay the third has arrived in the NFL because he is a certified BEAST.

Also impressive in the victory were Aaron Rodgers, who threw for 2 scores and ran in another, and the Packers young receiving core led by the veteran, Mr. Reliable, Donald Driver. This offense is scary, folks. Scary good. It would have been nice to see Brandon Jackson get off to a little bit of a better start with the season over for Ryan Grant, but sometimes you can’t have it all. Still, it was overall a great win for the pack, and they have built some nice momentum going forward into their Monday night game against the rival Chicago Bears.

Hope you enjoyed the tasty snack that was the Packers’ win and now of course we must mention the most famous of Buffalo’s foods – the Buffalo Wing. There are just so many delicious, delectable and mouth-watering varieties of this game-day staple that it’s hard to choose the best recipe.

Of course, there is always an easy option of just having them delivered from your local pizza or wing joint – or visiting them upon your gaping man-hole at one of the sports/wings/bar locations in town.  In our case it’s the local faves Buffalo Wings and Rings or Buffalo Wild Wings – both offer amazing wing varieties (in flavor type and temperatures from mild to make-you-cry-for-mommy hot) and both come equipped with at least 20 big-screen HD TV’s so you won’t have to miss a second of the action. (Especially when that action is the Packers ripping the lowly Bill’s a new one.)

Still, if you insist on being a do-it-yourself-er, then you can try out this classic Buffalo Wing recipe. Happy reading and happy eating!!! See you next week.
